Well I am so upset and angry with zooplus.co.uk Today I received my package ordered last week which I hoped would be full of goodies for my lot to find that yet again for the second time the items inside were all broken This happened to my last order so I emailed them and they promised they would package them up more carefully next time. Well as you can see from this pic there was NO packaging at all leaving the items to be bashed around by the courier. Most of the treats were crumbled or falling off the sticks being no use to me or the piggies. This isn't the first time I have had cause to complain because not long ago there were items missing from one package because it had fallen open in transit them one order was totally missing an item even though the package was intact so must have been missed off when packaging up. The missing items have never been sent despite me emailing them and the best they can do to compensate for the broken items is 10% of my next order!! Not what I want really but oh well. I have told them if they don't sort this out I am not going to order from them again and also I will take of the full page ad I have on the website and I will also not praise them on my forum which I do quite often. I hope this will shock them into doing something because I don't want to stop ordering from them as they have some really neat stuff and I wouldn't be able to get them anywhere else. Now I am awaiting a reply to say I want my money back to you think I will get it? We will have to wait and see. Dawn

Thats terrible, there is no evidense of any care taken at all when packing when the products are all smashed up like that.
Hopefully they are going to sit up and take some serious notice of your comments.

send them a letter with your photos make it registered so they have to sign for it , that way you know they've recieved it, tell how displeased you are and you are thinking of putting the photos on the net, ask them to replace the items that are broken and wait and see what happens, they do there trading over the net and will mot what adverse publicity, good luck unfortunately you won't be able to do this before Christnas,

Well I sent an email with the pics and they sent me an email back today couldn't make head nor tail of it to be honest I think they are going to reimburse ne I think? Will have to wait and see they say they will pass on my complaint to the packing department lets hope so. Dawn

They have said they will refund me 50% of the cost and then give me a £10 voucher so I would say that is a result Lets hope my next order will have some bubble wrap or something in it. Dawn

That is bad - when i ordered from there everything was in perfect shape so i cant complain about them really as mine was fine - are they giving you the money back ? i spend a fortune on my piggies LOL

I got my next order free of charge plus £1o off next order after that and guess what this order arrived today al fullyt packed and wrapped brilliantly so complaining worked I am now a happy purchaser So I am now a happy customer again. Dawn
